Our client is a full service national law firm with a proven capacity and capability to handle the wide variety of complex legal issues emerging in today's society.


They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Insurance Secretary to join their cohesive and fast-moving team supporting a Partner and an Associate. You will provide high level secretarial support and your duties will including:
• diary management;
• dictaphone typing;
• file management;
• document preparation and amendments;
• client liaison; and
• monthly billing.

The successful candidate will have high attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and have a minimum typing speed of 55 wpm. You will also have had at least 2-4 years legal secretarial experience, preferably within litigation or Insurance.
