Position Details:
Room Leader for 0-2 room
Full-Time position
RDO monthly
Programming time each week
Above staff: child ratios

Essential Selection Criteria:
• ECT or Diploma in Children's Services
• Experience in planning, implementing and evaluating programs for children aged 0-2 yr with Emergent Curriculum foundations
• Strong organisational, time management and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated commitment to providing high quality care and education.
• Previous experience in Children's Services - at least 2 years
• Leadership skills that inspires and engages team members commitment
• Striving to ensuring the best possible outcomes for children, their families and the Early Childhood Profession
• Experience in the old QIAS systems in Long Day Care Accreditation processes & new National Quality Framework
• Demonstrated experience in NSW Curriculum Framework or Emergent Curriculum or Early Years Learning Framework
• Superior computer, verbal and written communication skills
