Lifestyle Communities Sales Consultant Job Vacancy in Melbourne

We currently have an exciting opportunity for motivated full time sales consultant to contribute growing our new village in Melbourne’s South Eastern Corridor. You will be working as part of our in-house sales team for Lifestyle Communities. Our villages combine outstanding resort facilities with affordable new homes, to
create a vibrant and rewarding community for people in their 50’s 60’s even over 70’s. The role of the sales consultant will:

• Be able to build and maintain customer relationships
• Create leads, through promotion and on-ground activity
• Actively follow up leads
• Close sales
• Provide after sales support/service
• Have strong customer service skills and ability to nurture
• Understand the concerns of the elderly
• Have a confident ‘can do’ attitude required to liaise in a professional and friendly manner with internal and external customers
• Deal with customer inquiries in a courteous and polite manner
• Have a professional telephone manner and presentation

The successful candidate must hold a valid driver’s license.
The position is full time, including weekend work.
