Our company’s strength lies in its highly skilled consulting team with a combined expertise spanning a wide range of human capital solutions including the recruitment of permanent and temporary staff, human resource and performance management, Industrial Relations, Quality Assurance, Workplace Health and Safety and payroll services.
We’re seeking an additional experienced consultant(s) to take control of an established desk recruiting across general commerce. Ideally you will be either a broad based recruiter in white collar markets, a specialist recruiter in a specific occupational group or an experienced HR practitioner happy to concentrate initially on recruiting but with the flexibility to expand their scope into HR consulting.
Serious consideration will also be given to a senior specialist (HR or Recruiter) wanting to establish the EastCoast brand, in partnership, in totally new markets off the Sunshine Coast.
The ideal candidate(s) will have a successful and stable background in recruitment or they will be an experienced HR Practitioner with a sound understanding of their local labour market, a professional and a personable approach to relationship management and a penchant for business development.
The successful candidate will focus on the delivery of a quality service and not ‘the quick sale’. Your ability to build rapport with people quickly, your friendly approach, great sense of humour and team outlook will help secure this position.
Previous recruitment consulting experience, strong administration skills, an excellent eye for detail are essential to your success, as is the ability to think outside of the square.
