P.T. A.W. Faber-Castell Indonesia is one of the subsidiary company of A.W. Faber-Castell, AG Germany, which has been established since 1761, as a pioneer of stationery industry in the world, producing the wooden-case pencils for the office, school, technical drawings and arts with “Faber-Castell” brand, which comply with Faber-Castell International Standards.

Production Section Head (SH-PROD)
Bekasi (Jawa Barat)

Requirements:
* Age 28-35 years old.
* Bachelor degree majoring Manufacture Mechanical Engineering/Industrial/Chemical Engineer.
* Min. experience 4 years in engineering/production's area.
* Understand and able to implement the improvement concepts (Kaizen,Six Sigma, Lean management, ect.) is a must; able to implement HSE and OHSAS, etc is an advantage .
* Able to use MRP.
* Good communications skills and team work attitude.
* Strong proactive and open-minded attitude, fast learner and task oriented

Maintenance Operator (Mechanical & Electrical)

Requirements:
* Graduate from Senior High School (SMA), Majoring Science (IPA) or Technical High School (STM) majoring Engineering: Machine/ Manufacture/ Electricity/ Automotive/ Welding/Civil, with minimum score for Mathematic & Physic are ≥ 7 (STTB, Ijazah & Raport Semester 1 s/d 6).
* Maximum 22 years old.
* Minimum Height: 165 cm & Weight: 55 kg, not colour blind and Healthy based on Recommendation letter from Doctor.
* Prefered Single (not married).
* Good track record and never been involved with criminal & drug cases, based on Recommendation letter from Police.
* Able to work under deadline & pressure, and also work in team or independently
* Willing to learn and work under shift

Requirements:
* Male/Female, age 27-35 years old.
* Bachelor degree majoring Manufacture Mechanical Engineering.
* Min. experience 2 years in Manufacturing.
* Able to operate machineries with CNC programming system & mastering technical drawing ISO standard.
* Able to use AutoCAD, PLC, and Microsoft Office is a must; able to use ProEng, Solid Work, Catia, 3Dmax, etc is an advantage .
* Having knowledge time and motion study and understand the basic principles of machinery mechanism.
* Good communications skills and team work attitude
