We are a sheetmetal company with over 40 years experience in the manufacture and installation of sheetmetal ductwork and also thermal and acoustic insulation of pipes, ducts and vessels for the HVAC industry.
We are looking for a sheetmetal estimator who is able to read mechanical drawings and then do ductwork
and insulation quantity takeoffs from these drawings and enter into the computer estimating program. Other tasks involved would be to assist in the setting up of project files and the occasional visit to site may be required during the course of estimating. You would also be expected to be able to liaise with clients with a good phone manner. Training will be provided to assist you with your duties.
The person we are seeking would need to have vast knowledge and experience in the manufacture and installation of sheetmetal ductwork and some knowledge of insulation work would be an advantage. They must also hold a current drivers license.
