Steve Costi Seafood has been at the forefront of seafood retail for over 25yrs. We are currently looking for a Permanent Part-time 2IC for our David Jones City Store.
We need a Fishmonger with experience within fresh food and hospitality, who has loads of energy to help
manage one of our premium location stores . Specific Experience with Seafood is not essential but will be given some preference.
This will include overseeing food preparation, handling and presentation, delivering excellent customer service to patrons and delivering profitability to the company.
We require someone who is capable of working semi autonomously. But will still be able to take direction from the store manager to ensure smooth operation of the store
We are a small to medium company that offers plenty of genuine opportunities for self development.
• A Major emphasis placed upon direct customer service
The successful applicant will have
• Min. 4 days per week, must work some weekends.
1. The Applicant must have experience with fresh food, preferably seafood but this is not essential.
2. The Applicant must have exceptional English Skills and understanding of basic mathematics.
