Our national sales team is currently seeking an exceptional and energetic HR Advisor to work with our sales leaders and team members to ensure we continue to win in our competitive marketplace in 2012.
This role is fast paced, agile and largely autonomous. Supported by the HR Manager – Sales, and the wider HR team, this person must have solid HR experience and be able to confidently perform the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, from recruitment, training and administration tasks through to performance management, effectively managing change agendas and partnering strategically with senior sales managers.
Working across all levels within the sales structure, no day is ever the same in this profile. Your key success factors will be exceptional communication and relationship development skills, results/commercial orientation, outstanding ability to influence and a flexible style that is willing to actively participate in our selling journey.
The sales team is seeking someone who has the technical and intestinal fortitude to lead change, manage conflict and operate comfortably with ambiguity. Equally, a strong sense of humor and a genuine interest in people will see that you enjoy this role. Qualifications in HR, Psychology or any other business related discipline will be strongly regarded. FMCG experience essential.
This role has national responsibilities so the ability to travel is essential. Suitable candidates based in Sydney or Melbourne will be viewed favorably.
