Law Staff Insurance Secretary Job Vacancy in Brisbane

Our client is a full service law firm with a proven capacity and capability to handle the wide variety of complex legal issues emerging in today's society.

THE ROLE
They currently have an exciting opportunity for an Insurance Secretary to join their cohesive and fast-moving
team supporting several authors. You will provide high level secretarial support and your duties will including:
• diary management;
• dictaphone typing;
• file management;
• document preparation and amendments;
• client liaison; and
• monthly billing.

EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate will have high attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and have a minimum typing speed of 55 wpm. You will also have had at least 2-4 years legal secretarial experience, preferably within litigation.
