Bupa Care Services is currently seeking expressions of interest from Registered Nurses who seek dynamic challenges and benefits from working in a leadership role as a Care Manager.
Reporting to and working with the General Manager, you will be responsible for the health & care outcomes of our residents from a person centred approach, ensuring holistic assessment aligned with evidence based
practice, the accreditation standards and the processes of the aged care funding instrument. You will support and develop expertise within your dedicated care team recognising team and individual achievements and committed to delivering clinical excellence by promoting evidence based practice in aged care.
To be eligible for this leadership role, you will be a Registered Nurse with significant clinical experience in the health and care sector.
