The Australian College of Sports Therapy is looking for a motivated, client focused individual to undertake this role in a job share capacity. Previous Reception experience is essential.

Key Selection Criteria:
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written
• Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Good customer service skills
• Smart appearance
• Knowledge of Student Management Systems (PEPi and/or VetTrak)
• Ability to prioritise tasks.
• Previous reception/administration exposure
• Administration, Customer Contact and/or Business qualifications
• Experience working within a Registered Training Organisation highly desirable
• Completion of general administrative tasks and functions across area of the business

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have previous experience within a role that encompasses both Reception and Administrative functions. You will have solid skills in MS Office.
