Responsibilities:
- Responsible to incept and execute all aspects of works from building design till construction.
- Have full knowledge of local authority codes and guidelines.\
- Knowledge and experience in project management and contract administration.
- To liase with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Part II or equavalent
- Required skill(s): AutoCad.
- Excellent communications skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Megan Avenue 1,Jalan Tun Razak.
- Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- Confident and ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Excellent knowledge of building material and resources.
- Mature and self motivated to achieve targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in documentation using AutoCad.
- Applicants should be a Malaysian citizens.
