ARCHITECT
(Melaka)

Responsibilities:

• Must be proficient, mature and able to conduct CCM and Site Meeting
• To liaise with the local authorities on submission requirement
• To liaise with relevant consultant/contractor on all related work issue
• To understand client's design brief and to translate in into built forms

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Architecture or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
• Excellence knowledge of contractual procedure, regulatory and statutory requirement, construction design and contract administration
• Full-Time positions available.
